Réka brings over two decades of profound experience in recruitment and talent-based projects, establishing herself as a highly resourceful head-hunter. Her extensive career spans diverse sectors including Retail, Ecommerce, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Healthcare, Hair & Beauty, Gaming, and Entertainment. Persistently resourceful, Réka has successfully delivered campaigns for mid to senior management roles, demonstrating expertise in both contingent and retained recruitment strategies.

Driven by a desire to integrate her wealth of experience from prominent corporate settings, Réka founded RJA Consulting. Her vision for the business revolves around maintaining a steadfast focus on people, fostering strategic partnerships, and embodying agility in addressing the evolving needs of the industry. Tammy boasts a robust 13-year track record in recruitment, seamlessly transitioning between in-house and consultancy roles. Before joining the RJA Consulting family, she honed her skills in high-volume recruitment solutions, specializing in the dynamic fields of sales and marketing.

Beyond the formalities, Tammy wears many hats. She’s the pro you’d want when it comes to training and setting up new recruitment teams for direct sales companies. Tammy is a true people person. She thrives on the art of conversation, understanding its power to forge lasting relationships.
